QCdc CONNECT is a monthly gathering offering practical, real-world education and support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. These sessions are free for current QC Doula Connect clients and open to the public for $20 per person. Support people are always welcome—bring a friend or partner!

-Foundations of a healthy diet for you and baby.

Postpartum nourishment to support healing, energy, and breastmilk production.
