Three Prenatal Visits
These in-person sessions are a key part of your preparation, helping us build a relationship, set intentions, and make sure everyone feels confident and connected heading into birth.
“SUPPORT” BASE PACKAGE
-
We’ll walk through a general intake, explore expectations, and talk about prenatal anatomy—focusing on how your body changes in pregnancy and why functional movement matters. We’ll also share ways your partner can be involved in supporting your body and well-being throughout pregnancy.
-
This session focuses on birth and postpartum planning. We’ll cover common protocols, share evidence-based information, and work together to create a birth and postpartum plan that reflects your values, preferences, and goals.
-
We’ll come together as your full birth team to walk through the “what to do when” of labor. We’ll talk through logistics, answer questions, and make sure you and your partner feel ready, prepared, and supported for what’s ahead.
Ongoing Communication
Phone, text, and email support is available for non-emergent questions and updates between 8am–8pm. You’ll never have to wonder who to reach out to—we’re just a message away.
On-Call Support
(37-42 weeks)
Beginning at 37 weeks, one of your doulas will be officially on call and ready to support you when labor begins. If labor starts before 37 weeks, we’ll make every possible effort to be there, and if we’re unavailable, we’ll help connect you with a trusted backup doula.
Continuous Birth Support
When labor begins, one of your doulas will join you and remain by your side throughout the entire labor and birth experience. We offer hands-on physical and emotional support, including: Comfort techniques (effleurage, counter pressure, hip squeezes, massage)
Relaxation tools and breath/vocalization guidance
Heat/cold therapy
Encouragement, reassurance, and informed presence
Partner support or primary support—however you need us most
After birth, we’ll stay with you for at least two hours to assist with initial feeding, bonding, and any other needs during that golden window of recovery.
Postpartum Visit
The doula who attended your birth will visit your home for a 60-minute postpartum check-in, completely tailored to your needs. This time can include:
Debriefing your birth experience
Gentle postpartum movement
Emotional support and space to process
A chance to shower while someone holds your baby
We’re here to show up for you—practically and emotionally—as you transition into this new chapter.
