✨ What is QCdc CONNECT?
QCdc CONNECT is a monthly gathering that offers supportive, real-life education for every stage of the journey—pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. These sessions are free for current QC Doula Connect clients and open to the public for $20 per person. Support people are welcome—bring a partner or a friend!

💡December Topic: Pelvic Floor Health in Pregnancy & Postpartum
Your pelvic floor does so much more than most people realize—and it changes significantly during pregnancy. In this session, you’ll learn how pregnancy affects your pelvic floor, why it’s important to both strengthen and release tension, and how physical therapy can help with common challenges like back/SI pain, sciatica, leaking, or heaviness. This workshop will give you practical tools to support your body during pregnancy and set you up for a smoother postpartum recovery.
