Nora is a certified birth doula and the owner of Lark and Lily Doula Services, where she offers compassionate, steady support to families throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. She is passionate about creating a safe, encouraging environment where clients feel cared for, informed, and empowered throughout their journey.

After experiencing the profound impact of having a doula at her own first birth, Nora felt called to birthwork and began pursuing certification through the International Doula Institute in 2024. She continues to grow her education and hands-on experience alongside the supportive community at QCDC, and feels deeply grateful to walk with families through such meaningful life transitions.

When she’s not immersed in all things birth, Nora enjoys spending time with her family, getting outdoors, reading, drawing, crocheting, and spotting dogs whenever she can. A Christian with a joyful spirit, she brings warmth, creativity, and compassion into both her personal life and the care she provides.
