Dr. Lauren Lybbert is the owner and chiropractor at Haven Chiropractic, PLLC. She specializes in individualized, evidence-informed care for pregnant women, infants, children, and families, with a focus on nervous system health, physiologic birth support, and whole-family wellness.

 Webster Technique certified through the ICPA, Dr. Lauren is also continuing advanced pediatric chiropractic training while expanding her support for families through birth and bereavement doula training with Stillbirthday and QC Doula Connect. She is passionate about helping women feel prepared, supported, and empowered for birth, while ensuring partners feel confident and included in the experience as well.

 A proud army veteran and boy mom, Dr. Lauren brings strength, compassion, and dedication into every space she enters. Outside of caring for families, she enjoys sports, coffee, cooking, being with her dogs, and anything related to birth and babies.
