Lauren is a birth and bereavement doula, SBD certified, and a Certified Placenta Encapsulation Specialist through Roaming Roots Birth Services LLC. She provides compassionate, heart-centered support to families navigating both welcoming new life and honoring profound loss.

As a mother of three and one angel babe, Lauren’s own experiences with loss, pregnancy, and birth deeply shaped her understanding of the importance of community care. She is passionate about showing up for families with the same love, tenderness, and support that carried her through her own seasons of motherhood.

Lauren lovingly describes herself as an aspiring renaissance woman, often juggling creative projects, unfinished books, and new hobbies with never quite enough hours in the day. Outside of supporting families, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, exploring local businesses, walking trails, attempting to garden, reading, and baking something sweet.
