QCdc CONNECT is a monthly gathering offering practical, real-world education and support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. These sessions are free for current QC Doula Connect clients and open to the public for $20 per person. Support people are always welcome—bring a friend or partner!

In this session, we’ll walk through the B.R.A.I.N. decision-making tool, a simple yet powerful method to help you evaluate your choices during pregnancy and birth. You’ll learn how to ask meaningful questions, weigh benefits and risks, explore alternatives, and trust your intuition—so you can make decisions that truly align with your values and goals. Whether you're preparing for your first birth or looking for a refresher, this session will leave you feeling informed, empowered, and ready to advocate for yourself.
